The Sirius femoral stem design is based on the clinically proven taper-slip philosophy designed to address patient pain whilst optimally restoring joint biomechanics and stability. The stem is shorter than other polished tapered stems and has been designed to fit a broad range of proximal femoral morphological patterns in primary or revision hip arthroplasty. The stem design, combined with the well documented Modern Cementing Technique, is a novel and optimal formula to achieve long term and reproducible cemented stem fixation.
