Pulchra is a short implant designed to be compatible with all the MIS surgical approaches and shaped to minimize bone sacrifice and avoid damage especially around the greater trochanter.
The Pulchra stem is manufactured employing Powder Manufacturing technology. The stem is covered by Ti-Por® a very rough monolithic three-dimensional surface, ideal to enhance implant primary stability and bone integration. The Ti-Por® surface can be produced only employing powder manufacturing technology.

The stem is available in 12 progressively growing sizes, each one available in two versions: standard and increased offset. The Pulchra implant shares the same instruments and surgical technique as the exchangeable neck Pulchra stem.
