Impartiality is considered very important by Beyond Compliance members to ensure the integrity of the work we do. The surgeon members of the Beyond Compliance Advisory Group are not salaried employees and freely volunteer their time. The only payment they receive is reimbursement for travel expenses and subsistence.

Conflicts of interest: 

  • No Research Grants from any Commercial source ever. No Research Grants from other sources.
  • I do not receive payment for work for ODEP except inasmuch as I am released from my NHS salaried work for committee work.
  • I receive expenses for travel and accommodation related to my ODEP related activities.
